The video below was created as a class assignment for the Winter 2017 University of British Columbia Asian Studies course "Korean Popular Music in Context" (ASIA 327) taught by Dr. Saeji with teaching assistants Mr. Guy Shababo and Ms. Joelle Lee.

One day when we started thinking about what topic we should use, one of our team members saw the difference between Western Sports fandom and Kpop fandom. This lead to the beginning of the analysis we had for the difference between both fervent fandoms. In this project, my tasks included interviewing people, creating surveys & circulating them, gathering resources (pictures, videos, music, etc), revising the script, and the production/editing the entire video.
